I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it's wonderful small and fancy and the location is nice in the heights of Picard overlooking the Portsmouth area. The room was well-kept and well-appointed with a balcony, I was happy about that. Location: the property was near the island for over ten years and restaurants. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, just a short walk from the main street on the island. It has been serving guests for over ten years and is situated in the Medical School area. The hotel is perched in the heights of Picard, offering stunning views of the Portsmouth area. The rooms are spacious and decorated with local art and furniture. Guests are provided with a cell phone for easy communication. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the ocean.
One downside was that the bed tended to sag a bit in the middle, which may have caused discomfort for two people.
